SONIC TC provides avenues for learning development growth with providing learning development as a service to corporate companies, corporate training programs in IT, Office Productivity, Soft Skills, Management & Leadership.

Learning & Development (L&D) function looks at overall learning needs, future growth, performance alignment, talent management and succession planning as well as helps with National Development efforts. However due to huge budget cuts and organizational restructuring with economic uncertainties, these initiatives are hampered and quite often frozen for a long time which impacts the motivation, performance and organization throughput over the long run.
